Hello ,,, I live on a big farm in southeast Georgia and have a small 10 acre field in the back of my house where we have a small tree farm. Drake Elm, River birch, Crape myrtle, Live oaks to name a few... My plans this spring is to plant some trees to grow out for Bonsai.
What i would like to know from all of my Bonsai friends is , If you had to pick your top five outdoor Bonsai that could be grown in zone 8/9, What would they be ? Mine would be ... Trident maple, Chinese elm, River birch, Japanese maple and Black pine ... Thanks Greg
