I have a bunch of cucumber vines growing together up a tepee. I planted some from seed, but since I wasn't sure my seed was going to take, I also bought a plant from the local garden center. There were several sprouts in the pot so I separated them out to plant around the tepee. Anyway, for weeks now I've been happily harvesting lots of nice smooth, shiny dark green cucumbers all at around 8 inches long every few days (2 slightly different varieties). And then today I went out went out & found this monster - already at least 16" long! I never even saw it coming, but now that I've looked, I seem to have at least one or maybe 2 vines of this type. Anybody know what they are?
