This is an older publication, but still very helpful for sorting out the Conophytum species. I understand Steven Hammer has a 2002 edition out, but I've not been able to find it.
The book is written in a very easy to understand manner, and the color photographs are outstanding. I would recommend it to anyone that is interested in this genus.
