I tried veggies in my new home last year. Not enough sun. I want to try veggies in containers this year. I'm really eager to try. I just ordered my seeds. Now, if the snow would just go away!

Thanks. That's one nice thing about containers ... you can put them where you receive the most sunshine. I think the key is selecting the right varieties. You should have good success with a lot of the greens, if you like those. Many, like the chards, and some of the kales and cabbages, are very cold-hardy. I'm adding maiche (corn salad), beets and a couple of other things this year. I wish you much success!
