Cool pictures, Brenda. Never saw that many geese at one time. I've seen bald eagles. They are amazing when they fly. I've seen them skim across a lake and drop down and catch fish! I've never actually seen REAL mistletoe. How does it grow? Jane :>)

Jane - It is amazing how those birds can fly like that and never crash in to one another. Amazing skills! As for the mistletoe - it is a parasite, it is evergreen, and to the best of my knowledge birds probably planted it in the tree(s). Enjoyed your comment - it sure was quick as these were today's photos.

Go to You tube and type in Murmuration starlings for a beautiful display set to music from England.

I went to You tube and checked out the Murmuration starlings. Starlings are not one of my favorite birds, but the video was sure awesome with the acrobatics of the starlings and being set to music. THANKS. HOW DID YOU KNOW ABOUT THAT?
